5、執行用戶滿意度調查，促進合格品、服務和技術改善以達到用戶滿意。
Assist Conduct surveys on customer satisfaction, to improve products and services quality, as well as the technical supports to meet customers' satisfaction.
6、依銷售合約實現產品銷售要求, 處理及解決售后產品和服務問題, 處理顧客抱怨與投訴。Implement and comply with sales order and product requirements, resolve product and service problems, production customer complaints.
7、依要求向客戶發送報價單 Provide quotations to customer upon demand
8、參與和實施ROHS/禁限用物質管理及環境計劃有關的活動。To participate and implement planned activities so as to contribute to the achievement of the environment / ROHS/ hazardous substance control program
9、確保及遵守質量， ROHS和環境管理體系，文檔的運行及控制。 To ensure compliance with requirements/ documentation/ operation control of our Quality and Environmental Management System..
