Overview:
According to TE Connectivity’s strategy, the objective of product manager is to manage high voltage and high power product line within ICT (Industrial & Commercial Transportation) segment to be the leadership of emerging market (Engine marketing) in product development discipline and following TE globally quality standard.
Job Responsibilities:
?Comply with policies, procedures, and quality standards of TE Connectivity as well as safety and environmental regulations.
? Competitor analysis
? Product Road Maps ,New product Implementation and Product life cycle
? Pricing Strategy and Implementation
? Margin Improvement
? Market demand management(Business requirement、Voice of customer).
? Identify where TE is not No.1 and create a road map for TE to gain market position.
?Collaborate with Engineering and Sales, to identify product cross selling and plan future products using innovation to create a superior product line.
? Be aware of new technologies and plan “route to market” for products ensuring future TE leadership.
? Visit customers on a regular basis to promote all TE-ICT products in China and globally.
? Leading and driving projects with the LeanPD process.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Engineering, Technical ,Business
5 years technical or commercial selling experience., involve 3 years Product Management at least
Knowledge of TE connector products in the ICT or Automotive segment preferred.
Technical Background imperative, electronics is preferred.
Experience in Automotive field and harness product line and related working background.
Good English communication skills – written and verbal.
Flexibility in working days and regional travel are required.
Communication and influencing skills, integrity, sense of responsibility, proactive, learning capabilities, leadership skills
