1. 負責連接器相關領域常見的失效分析:變色,開裂,燒毀,接觸電阻變大,異物,可焊性,壓接,氧化腐蝕等;Responsible for common failure cases analysis of connector: Discoloration, Crack, Burnt, LLCR too big, Contamination, solderability, Crimping, Oxide, etc.
2. 負責連接器領域競爭對手樣品分析:材料,鍍層,工藝,壓接,尺寸,設計,等;Responsible for connector competitive sample analysis: Material, Plating, Craft, Crimping, Size, Design, etc.
3. 深入分析典型失效案例,通過材質,工藝,應用,失效模擬等找到根源,避免重復性的失效質量事故;Deeply failure analysis for typical cases by material, craft, application and FA simulation. Find root cause and avoid repeated quality issue.
4. 總結分析的基礎上,形成論文;Based on failure analysis and submit Paper.
5. 從測試,失效分析,應用等領域提出革新建儀;Submit Innovation ideas based on ****ing, failure analysis and application.
6. 失效實驗室日常的運營維護:樣品管理,質量體系,5S,EHS,LEAN; Daily FA Lab running: Sample management, Lab quality system, 5S, EHS, LEAN.
7. 其它指定的相關工作;Other assigned work.
Position requirement:
1. 碩士及以上學歷,材料,理化,可靠性及失效分析相關專業,5年以上工作經驗。Master or above degree, major in Material, Physics & Chemistry, Reliability or Failure analysis, working experience no less than 5 years.
2. 熟悉高分子材料分析方法,能操作常用的分析儀器:SEM/EDX, FTIR, DSC, TGA, FIB,熔融指數,理化,光學顯微鏡,等;Familiar Polymer material analysis method, operation main analysis instruments: SEM/EDX, FTIR, DSC, TGA, FIB,melt index, Physics & Chemistry, Optical microscope;
3. 熟悉金屬材料分析方法,能操作常用的分析儀器: SEM/EDX,硬度計,切片,金相,等;Familiar Metal material analysis method, operation main analysis instruments: SEM/EDX, Hardness, Cross section, metallographic, etc.
4. 熟悉綜合的失效分析在連接器上的應用:電氣,機械,環境,加速壽命老化,可靠性,等;Familiar other comprehensive failure analysis method on connector: Electrical, Mechanical, Environment, Lifetime, Reliability;
5. 熟悉工業無損探傷(3D CT)測試及分析;Familiar Industry CT nondestructive **** and analysis;
6. 熟悉切片分析(Cross section ****)測試及分析;Familiar cross section **** and analysis;
7. 有實驗室工作經驗,熟悉CNAS17025質量體系;Have Lab working experience, familiar CNAS 17025 quality system;
8. 流利的英語讀寫及表達;Fluently English ability: Reading, Writing, Expression.
