Responsibilities:
Quality Planing
1. To define the product quality & process objectives based on customer spec and quality standards, Customer Quality Contract Review.
2. Participate product design review, process design review.
3. Involve CC/SC list, Flow Chart, PFMEA review with CFT,prepare CP, inspection plan, visual aids, MSA and capability study
4. Lead PPAP document preparation and submit PPAP package to customer for approval.
5. Lead safety launch phase activity implementation. Analyze quality issues and coordinate CFT to take actions. Involve program launch, training PQE, IPQC, set up inspector.
8. Pre-review the PPAP documents before send to AQ Manager for approval
Customer Complaint & Auditor
1.Customer complaint handling and follow up before project transfer to plant.
2. Be responsible for customer audit preparation, customer audit and open issue tracking.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree Engineering,
2.5 years experience in quality engineering,electronical background is must, Auto experience is perffer,
3.Experience in Quality planning or product design/process design
4.Ability to read and write English
5.Aggressive and self-motivated
6.Creative and innovative thinking. Ability to initiate, lead and sustain change Strong data-driven decision-making skills
7.Excellent interpersonal skills, especially communications skills, the ability to influence the behavior of peers
